I have 2 identical control panels, cant remove one of them and unable to find the correct icon for 'COMPUTER'. I should have windows XP PRO, SP3,installed by IBM with no vista whatsoever. I have office 2003 and windows messenfer 8.1. Avast is my virus protection and verizon with msn my internet service provider. Last but I'm sure not least I'm sure I'll have more , I have verizon Fios . Any help will be appreciated. I'm a recent widow, already this computer has cost me more that what I paid for it. I'm not tech.. support but knew more than the experts who worked on this machine.I'm trying real hard to find a job and be able to pay my mortgage.
