		<description>Dont know how windows Vista, windows 7, or silverlight , or Beta, software , or internet Explorer 8 , or messenger live  and beta msn 9.6 premium got my computer so messed up. I have 2 identical control panels, cant remove one of them and unable to find the correct icon for &#039;COMPUTER&#039;. 

I should have  windows XP PRO, SP3,installed by IBM with no vista whatsoever. I have  office 2003 and windows messenfer 8.1. Avast is my virus protection and verizon with msn my internet service provider. Last but I&#039;m sure not least I&#039;m sure I&#039;ll have more ,  I have verizon Fios .  Any help will be appreciated. I&#039;m a recent widow, already this computer has cost me more that what I paid for it. I&#039;m not tech.. support but knew more than the experts who worked on this machine.I&#039;m trying real hard to find a job and be able to pay my mortgage. Thanks , Pauline</description>
